This week the Medway towns lost another green space. These gardens, in front of Chatham Town Hall have just been bulldozed - anybody care?

Typical!!!! I thought we lived in Kent, the garden of England. However, Medway is becoming more and more the compost heap! This is disgraceful.
Medway City, the Building site of England - Fortunately Kent will soon take them over and sack their bosses
I'll wait and see what they replace it with before moaning too much...but I suspect it won't be an improvement. The council won't be happy until every avaible inch of space is either a car park or a block of flats for single mothers.
If you think you are upset, spare a thought for John Muckle and his loss of civic immortality!
